Refund policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped or fully prepared for dispatch, we will handle the cancellation and refund through the original payment method where possible.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. In such cases, the order may instead be handled in accordance with the return terms below.
3. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original condition, returned with any original packaging or accessories, and have not been damaged or altered through misuse.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We may decline returns for specific items or situations, including products that have been used, washed, damaged through use, custom-made or specially modified at the customer’s request, or clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged item or an item that does not match the order, the customer should contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and provide the order number, clear photos, and a brief explanation so we can review the case and propose an appropriate solution.
6. Review of Requests
All return or replacement requests are subject to review after the item and the reported issue have been assessed against the conditions of this policy.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, a visible defect, or an incorrect item supplied by us, we will bear the relevant shipping cost as appropriate. If the return is requested for customer preference without fault or defect, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
8. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received, reviewed, and approved, the refund process will be initiated within a reasonable time through the original payment method or another suitable method depending on the nature of the transaction and any banking or operational requirements.
9. Rejection of Return Requests
We reserve the right to reject any return request if the conditions of this policy are not met, if the request is submitted after the stated period, or if the item shows signs of use, damage, or loss of its original condition.
